摘要
经济全球化、一体化时代的到来,加剧了企业和行业间的竞争,企业要想立于不败之地,就必须加快对新技术、新产品的研究开发和推广。创新型人才承担着企业科技创新和管理创新的重任,因此培养和造就一批创新型人才,对于促进企业科学持续发展具有决定性的意义。培养创新型人才,必须转变人才观念,改变人才培训模式,完善分配激励机制。在人才维护方面,给创新型人才提供施展才华的舞台,创造良好的工作环境,创造优越的生活条件,以此做到拴心留人。
The advent of the era of economic globalization and economic integration has intensified competition among companies and industries.As long as the companies intend to survive,they have to accelerate research and promotion of new technologies and products.Innovative talents bears the key responsibility for the enterprise technological innovation and management innovation,therefore,to cultivate numbers of innovative talents is very meaningful for promotion of scientific sustainable development of a company.In order to cultivate the innovative talents,we must convert our concept of talents,change training modes and improve distribution and incentive mechanism.Regarding talent maintenance,we should provide the talents with chances to show their ability,create a good working environment and favorable living conditions to hold their hearts.
