摘要
石油企业劳动用工管理方面存在的用工总量大、用人效益差、退出渠道不畅等问题由来已久,日益成为企业提高劳动效率、经济效益和市场竞争力的制约因素。树立新型用工理念,细分业务类别压减用工总量,完善内部用工管理体系,在实践层面逐步建立起以岗位分类管理为核心,以强化劳动合同管理为基础的新型用工制度,从而实现科学用工、效益用人,是石油企业解决用工总量规模过大,增强用工灵活性,提高劳动生产率的根本出路。
In the study of petroleum enterprise,long-standing issues such as large amount of employment,poor labor benefits and blocked exit channels are increasingly the main factors restricting the improvement of labor efficiency,economic efficiency and market competitiveness.Establishing a new employment concept,itemizing the business types to reduce the total employment,improving the internal employment management system and gradually developing a new labor system in the practice level which is based on post classification management and labor contract management is the only way to realize scientific employment and benefits and to compress the total amount of labor,improve the labor productivity,and enhance the flexibility of employment.
