儿童肾结石的腔内微创治疗策略(附光盘)

Strategy of endoscopic minimally invasive treatment for pediatric kidney stones

儿童肾结石是一类特殊类型的泌尿系结石。治疗方式有多种选择。体外冲击波碎石对于直径<2cm的中上盏及肾盂结石优效果良好。而对于体积较大,质地较硬的结石,经皮肾镜手术是首选的治疗方式。其安全性及有效性已经被证实。近些年,软性输尿管镜也逐步应用到儿童肾结石的治疗之中,对于合适的患者采用软镜治疗可以达到良好的治疗效果。目前,儿童肾结石的腔内微创治疗已经逐步取代了开放手术,本文将着重探讨腔内微创手术在儿童肾结石中的应用。

Pediatric renal stone is a special type of urinary stones.There are many choice can be chosen today.Extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy（ESWL）is the first-line option for most stones less than 2 cm in pelvis,upper and middle pole.But for large stones with high density,percutaneous nephrolithomy（PCNL）is a better choice.The efficiency and safety has already been proved for many years.Recent years,flexible ureteroscope is becoming an important treatment option in pediatric stones.Up tp day,the endoscopic mini-invasive surgery has almost replace the open surgery in the field of pediatric renal stone.This thesis aims to discuss the use of endoscopic surgery in pediatric renal stones.
