Is two-layer suture necessary in laparoscopic partial nephrectomy?

讨论在腹腔镜肾部分切除术不同缝合技术的应用,及在切面缝合中双层缝合是否为必须的缝合方式。检索并综述近期PubMed及万方等数据库中的文献,关键词包括:双层缝合、腹腔镜肾部分切除术。当前认为,腹腔镜肾部分切除术可以有多种缝合方式,双层缝合肾部分切除术的创面,相对于单层缝合而言,是一种较稳定安全的缝合方法,可降低并发症的发生率,但会增加手术者的操作难度,且增加了肾脏功能的损失。故对于双层缝合及单层缝合的选择应权衡利弊,选择最佳的方案。

To discuss the applications of various suture techniques and the necessity of two-layer suture in wound suturing in laparoscopic partial nephrectomy,a literature search and review in the PubMed and Wanfang databases was conducted with the key words of＂two-layer suture＂and＂laparoscopic partial nephrectomy＂.It is currently believed that there exist many different methods of sutures and compared to single-layer suture,two-layer suture is relatively stable and safe,which can reduce incidence of complications.However,it also can increase difficulties in operation and impair the functional renal preservation.Therefore,the advantages and disadvantages of two-layer and single-layer sutures should be carefully weighed to make proper clinical choice.
