水通道蛋白-2及其在肾脏疾病中的研究进展 被引量:12

摘要 水通道蛋白-2(aquaporin-2,AQP2)是抗利尿激素(antidiuretic hormone,ADH)调节集合管对水通透性的主要靶分子,在尿液浓缩中起重要作用。ADH对AQP2的表达和调控主要有短期调节和长期调节两种作用机制。近年来关于AQP2及其在肾脏疾病中的研究逐渐增多:AQP2结构及功能的异常会引起肾脏浓缩功能障碍,且在肾积水、多囊肾、尿崩症等肾脏疾病中AQP2表达也会出现变化。但是目前对于AQP2信号转导、调控机制尚不完全清楚,相信随着对其调控机制的深入研究,可为相关肾脏疾病的诊疗提供新的思路。
