摘要
粽子源于先秦北方用芦叶包黍模仿牛角祭祀之俗。随着魏晋南北朝时期北方人口向南方迁移,角黍传播到江南地区,与当地筒粽的制作元素融合,成为现在以包制糯米为主的端午节令食品。
Zongzi originated from the sacrifice custom of using reed leaves millet to imitate the bull horns in North China in the pre-Qin period. With the population migration from the north to the south during Wei, Jin,South and North Dynasties, Zongzi was spread to the south of the lower reaches of the Yangtze river and integrated with cylinder reed production elements, becoming the packed glutinous rice-based food specially-prepared for Dragon Boat Festival.
