摘要
"厂校一体"是职业院校校企深度合作的一种模式。包含两层含义:观念上要将校企双方视为一个命运共同体,重视企业利益;行动上要坚持全过程全方位合作,始终秉承"校中有厂、厂中有校"的合作理念。湖南湘菜学院在探索"厂校一体"校企合作中,总结出几点经验:院长即董事长,教师即厨师,学生即员工,教室即厨房,教学内容即生产任务,校园文化即企业文化。健全"厂校一体"校企合作模式,关键在于制度创新,实行股份制合作办学,将厂校一体由目前的"命运共同体"转变成为"利益共同体"。
"College-factory integration", an in-depth college-enterprise cooperation model in vocational colleges, includes two connotations: Conceptually, both college and enterprise are perceived as a community of destiny with emphasis on the corporate interests, and operationally, efforts need to be made to stick to the whole process of all-round cooperation with cooperation concept of "college-factory integration". Hunan Cuisine College sums up some expierences through cooperation practice of "college-factory integration" : Namely, in college,president, teachers, studetnts, classrooms, teaching contents and campus culture are expected to transform their roles respectively as those of corporate presiident, chefs, staff, kitchens, production tasks and coporate culture.The sound college-enterprise cooperation model of "college-factory integration" are dependent on system innovation and implementation of share- holding system cooperation in running schools and transformation of "college-factory integration" from a community of destiny into a community of interests.
