2013年9月和10月,中国国家主席习近平先后提出了建设"新丝绸之路经济带"和"21世纪海上丝绸之路"的战略构想。随后中国国家领导人在各种国际外交场合,积极阐述了"一带一路"战略的内涵和意义,引起了国际社会的高度关注。广西作为"一带一路"战略的重要参与者,必须紧紧抓住这次发展机遇,发挥自身的优势,克服自身的劣势,制定适合广西的发展战略,从而实现广西的跨越式发展。

Chinese President Xi Jinping successively put forward strategic conception of developing ＂the New Silk Road Economic Belt＂ and ＂the 21 st Century Maritime Silk Road＂ during September and October of 2013.Subsequently, Chinese top leaders actively expounded the connotation and meaning of the ＂Belt and Road＂ strategy on various kinds of international diplomatic occasions, arousing high attention of the international community.As a major participator to the ＂Belt and Road＂ strategy, Guangxi must seize the opportunities for development,combine its own advantages with disadvantages, formulate strategies adapted to its own development, and in turn realize the leapfrog development of Guangxi.
