高校人文艺术类公选课教学“逆向选择”问题研究

高校开设人文艺术类公选课对全面推进素质教育,培养多方面、全方位、综合型人才和优化教学资源配置,塑造专业面广、综合素质高、具备多学科知识背景的复合型人才有重要意义。但由于师生之间对人文艺术类公选课的认知差距和缺乏系统、科学的教学管理方法,人文艺术类公选课教学"逆向选择"问题日益严重。应从建立健全教学信息沟通机制、创新教学管理方法和建立一套科学的教学评价机制等方面系统解决人文艺术类公选课教学中的"逆向选择"问题。

Colleges offered the public elective course of arts and humanities is to promote the training of comprehensive person -nel and optimize the allocation of teaching resources .Because of lacking of a scientific understanding of the public elective course of arts and humanities , there is an adverse selection for the public elective course .The paper proposed that it is necessary for us to establish a set of scientific teaching evaluation mechanism to solve the adverse selection for the public elective course .At the same time, we should establish a sound communication mechanism of teaching information to innovative teaching management meth -ods.
