作为高等教育国际化进程中的重要环节,来华留学生的招收和培养工作逐渐被提上日程,各高校都期望在竞争中脱颖而出。地方院校面临机遇也面临挑战,以吉林师范大学为例,通过SWOT分析,从留学生招生角度解析本校目前教育资源的优势、劣势、面临的机遇和挑战,为学校制定留学生招生策略提供重要依据。

As an important link in the process of internationalization of higher education , The recruitment and training of foreign students in China is gradually put on the agenda .All universities expected to come to the fore in the competition .Local colleges are facing opportunities and challenges .This paper , taking Jilin Normal University as an example , analyzed the advantages , disadvan-tages, opportunities and challenges of the current education resources from the perspective of international student enrollment in or -der to provide an important basis for the school to establish enrollment strategy .
