摘要 文化翻译研究是理论与路径语境化的研究,翻译作为一种载体是文化内涵修辞上的内容,不仅仅是把中文翻译成和谐的目标语,更多的是通过外语词际间联系的严密性体现翻译思维的再构建以及优化的还原性。翻译文学作品、翻译文化精髓无疑是把中华文化推广式地传递出去,特别通过中华深厚的饮食文化作为载体加强对中国文化的印象。中华饮食具有"抒情"功能,正是因为"饮德食和、万邦同乐"的哲学思想和由此而出现的具有民族特点的饮食方式,从而构建出中国饮食文明的逻辑起点。通过翻译和文化思维的再构建传递出的信息的最理想化便是能充分表达中国传统文化的审美理想。在实际翻译过程中,通过对文化背景的探索,达到目标语言转换的科学性和艺术性。 Cultural translation study is the study on the contextualization of translation theory and path .And translation , as a carrier, belongs to the rhetoric domain of cultural connotation , which means not only to translate Chinese into harmonious target lan-guage, but also to seek for the original intention by the reconstruction and optimization of translation thinking on foreign language wording rigor.Thus, the literature works and cultural essence translation is undoubtedly a way to popularize Chinese cultural a -broad , especially , to strengthen the impression of Chinese culture via China ’ s splendid dietetic culture as a carrier .Chinese dietet-ic culture, with the lyric function, makes up of the psychological thought of “harmony of drinking and the virtue of eating for the pleasure of all” and the unique dietetic style with typical national characteristics .As a result, the most ideal message from the re-construction of translation and culture thought expresses Chinese traditional culture aesthetic ideas completely .And in practical translation process , it prefers the scientificity and artistry in target language with searching the culture background information .
