B.F. Skinner＇s Reinforcement Theory provides psychological basis for shaping students＇ good learning hab- its and behaviors. At present, the problems of the student sources of higher vocational colleges have made great impact on English teaching quality. This paper discusses the way of how to improve the English teaching quality in higher vocational colleges on the basis of B. F. Skinner＇s Reinforcement Theory.
