拓扑优化在大型车铣复合转台结构设计中的应用

摘要 为改进VMG5090/2/1重型数控桥式车铣加工系统的大型车铣复合转台工作台面设计,确保有更好的动态加速性能,可利用拓扑优化方法找出转台工作台面的最佳拓扑结构,据此提出转台工作台面的优化方案。优化设计后的转台工作台面质量减轻了2055kg、幅度达到6.5%,前6阶固有频率平均提高了6.9%,有效节约材料成本,提高转台的动态加速性能。此外,数据计算显示,改进后的转台工作台面静动态特性都有所提升。 In order to improve the design of the large turn - milling compound rotary table and ensure better dynamic acceleration performance, the optimum topology structure of the large turn- milling compound rotary table should be found with the topology optimization, so an optimization design scheme of the rotary table is presented. Because of the optimiza- tion design, the weight of the rotary table is reduced 2055kg or 6.5 %, the natural frequencies of the lower six orders are increased by 6.9% ,the material cost is saved effectively,and the dynamic acceleration performance of the rotary table is improved. In addition, the data calculation shows that the static and dynamic properties of the rotary table improved are promoted.
