摘要 近十年是民航大发展的黄金期,机队数量、航线分布、飞行员人数都得到了快速的提高。与之相对应的是超过十小时的洲际长航线与机组飞行疲劳的矛盾、机组休息时间与疲劳恢复的矛盾愈加突出,占航空事故的比例越来越高。最近两年来,航空事故、事故征候、不安全事件数量增加较快,因此研究飞行疲劳和飞行安全事故的关联更加重要。本文依据航空总公司实际、航班飞行实例,探讨和分析与人为因素相关的飞行不安全因素,提出消除飞行疲劳的方法。 It is a golden age for the Chinese aviation development in this decade. Air China has been developing fast in the number of fleet, arrangement of company routes and the number of pilots. On the contrary, there is a strong conflict between over- 10 - hour intercontinental flight and flying fatigue, and a complicated conflict between crew rest time and the recovery time from fatigue damage, which causes more and more aviation accidents. In recent two years, the numbers of aviation accidents, potential accident causes and unsafe incidents increase rapidly. So it is very important to analyze the correlation between flight fatigue and flight security and accidents. This paper has analyzed some unsafe incidents related with man - made factors and put forward some methods of eliminating flight fatigue in accordance with the reality of AVIC and the examples of schedule flight.
