摘要
为解决传统人工测量方式对电子医疗仪器产品板卡性能检验中测量效率低、测量不准确和测量手段复杂等问题,提高生产效率和板卡的质量控制,对虚拟仪器技术以及自动测试系统技术进行了研究;研制开发了一种基于TestStand和LabVIEW的电子产品性能自动测试系统;自动测试系统通过控制TestStand引擎调用待测试板卡的测试序列实现对不同板卡的测试,测试序列是由各测量程序配置组成;设计的测试参数集中配置、项目分组测试以及测试产品目录自动生成方案,提高了系统的通用性、扩展性以及灵活性;实验和实际应用表明,该系统在应用中具有很高的测试效率和测量准确性并且操作简便。
The traditional manual test for the medical instrument circuit board exits many problems like low efficiency, low accuracy and complicated test tool, in order to solve these problems, improve the production efficiency and control the board quality, the virtual instrument technology and auto test system technology has been studied. An auto test system for electronic products' performance is developed based on TestStand and LabVIEW. The system control the TestStand Engine to call the board' s test sequence, then the test sequence aceomplished the test of the project according call the measurement routine designed with LabVIEW. A project of centralize configuration parameters and items grouping test is designed. Another automatic generation project of test product directory is designed too. The projects can simplify con- figuration of the system parameter and edit of the test sequence, and they can improve test efficiency. The experiments and practical appliea tion verily that the system possesses well versatility, extendibility and high efficiency.
