Industry 4.0 in the field of textile machinery——first steps of implementation

继机械化生产系统(第一次工业革命)和电能驱动的大规模生产(第二次工业革命)之后,第三次工业革命持续至今。在第三次工业革命时期,自动化生产过程是以电子和信息技术(IT)为特点的。如今物理世界和虚拟世界的互动得以实现,实物和虚拟的信息处理产物得以融合,这一融合被称为物联网系统(CPS)。德国信息技术、电信和新媒体协会(BITKOM)将这一次技术革命定义为工业化的第四阶段(工业4.0)。未来的工业4.0项目预示着工业化的第四阶段,且有着特别的创造。

The introduction of mechanical production systems（1st industrial revolution） and the beginning of specialized mass production with the help of electric energy（2nd industrial revolution） are followed by the 3rd industrial revolution which still lasts today. Within the 3rd industrial revolution, the automation of production processes is characterized by the use of electronics and information technology（IT）. Today, an interaction of the physical and the virtual world can be observed. Real （ physical ） objects melt together with information-processing（ virtual） objects. These blends are called Cyber-Physical-Systems （ CPS ） . The Bundesverband Information swirtschaft, Telekommunikation und neue Medien e. V. （ BITKOM （ Federal Association for Information Technology, Telecommunications and New Media ） ） , Berlin/Germany, identifies this technological revolution as the fourth step of industrialization（Industry 4. 0）. The future project Industry 4. 0 anticipates the fourth step of the industrialization and creates it specifically.
