无屈曲增强机织物的开口式钢筘织造技术

摘要 德国多尼尔公司研发的开口式钢筘织造(ORW)技术,为生产网孔织物及用较粗的高性能纱线生产无屈曲厚重增强机织物提供了新的视角。德国纺织机械和高性能材料研究所(ITM)通过改进经纱控制系统,使较粗的碳纤维束的损伤显著降低,可加工纤维的线密度范围增大。这使织造各种增强体、合成结构且降低损失成为可能。ITM提出了利用线密度达6 600 tex的碳纤维织造增强织物的新方法。 The ORW weaving technology by Lindauer Dornier GmbH, Lindau/Germany, offers new perspectives for the manufacture of grid-like as well as thick non-crimp woven reinforcement fabrics from coarse high- performance yarns. Thanks to the adjusted warp-guiding system modified at the Institute of Textile Machinery and High Performance Material Technology (ITM) at TU Dresden/Germany, the damage to the heavy tow carbon fiber during the weaving process could be significantly reduced, while the range of processable different yam counts was increased. This opens up the possibility to weave a wide variety of reinforcement structures for construction or synthetic materials at reduced damage. At the ITM a reliable processing of assembled carbon fibers with up to 6 600 tex for woven reinforcement fabrics was established,
