一种新型混合药剂对烟草病毒病的防效研究

Control Effect of a New Mixed Agrochemical on Tobacco Virus Disease

为探索药效稳定、高效防治烟草病毒病的有效方法,筛选出一种新型混合药剂。该药剂由东旺杀毒、病毒急救、生命素、赤霉素4种药剂稀释后按照1∶1∶1∶1的比例混合而成。将其与20%的吗胍·乙酸铜、光合细菌菌剂和0.5%施特灵一起进行田间药效试验。结果表明:新型混合药剂的防效最理想,烟株成熟期的农艺性状最佳,产量最高,比对照增产17.08%,平均增值827.12元/667m2;且该药剂是在烟株完全表现出病症才喷施,以治理为主,防效比较稳定,且对烤烟的农艺性状有促进作用,可以作为生产上防治烟草病毒病的主要药剂加以推广。

In order to explore the effective method of controlling tobacco virus disease effectively, a new type of mixed agrochemical was screened; the agrochemical was mixed at the proportion of 1：1：1：1 with 4 diluted chemicals such as Dongwangshadu, Bingdujijiu, GD- biofics and gibberellins; and it was used with 20% Moroxydine hydrochloride＋Cuprie acetate, Inoculant of photosynthetic bacteria and 0.5% Amino-oligosaccharin against tobacco virus disease in this field efficacy test. The results showed that the new mixed agrochemical was of the best control effect, and its treatment obtained the optimal agronomic characters of tobacco plant at the maturity stage and increased the yield by 17.8% and the average value by 827.12 RMB Yuan/667m2 compared with the control; the agrochemical was applied after a full symptom of the disease on the tobacco appeared, with cure as the main treatment, the relatively stable effect of prevention and the improved agronomic characters in flue-cured tobacco; and in tobacco production, the agrochemical could more widely be used as a main chemical in tobacco virus disease control and prevention.
