遥感技术在农村土地流转监测中的应用

Application of Remote Sensing Technology in Monitoring Rural Land Circulation

在介绍农村土地流转研究现状、遥感技术的发展及其在农业领域的应用情况的基础上,着重从土地流转信息提取、土地流转动态变化监测和不同区域土地流转程度对比分析3方面综述了遥感技术在土地流转监测中的应用,并从地理学理论的指导、遥感影像目视解译、遥感影像的分类和遥感监测的技术环节4个方面提出了遥感技术在土地流转监测中的应用建议。

Based on the introduction of the research status of rural land circulation, the development of remote sensing technology as well as its application in the agricultural filed, the paper summarized the application of remote sensing technology in monitoring land circulation mainly from three aspects, including information extraction of land circulation, dynamic monitoring of land circulation and comparison analysis of land circulation among different regions. Meantime, several suggestions on the application of remote sensing technology in monitoring land circulation were proposed from four aspects as follows： the guidance of geographic theory, visual interpreting of remote sensing images, the classification of remote sensing images, and technical links of remote sensing monitoring. It may provide a reference for the research of monitoring rural land circulation.
