摘要 MicroRNA(miRNA)在转录后水平参与多种基因的表达调控,在诸多生理活动与病理过程中发挥重要作用。越来越多的证据表明,肌肉萎缩类疾病涉及miRNA调控,是该类疾病潜在的诊断标记物和药物治疗靶点。本文就肌肉萎缩与miRNA相关研究进展作一综述,为肌肉疾病的预防和治疗提供理论依据。 MicroRNA(miRNA)is involved in the regulation of many genes at the post-transcriptional level and plays an important role in many physiological and pathological processes.More and more evidence suggests that muscle atrophy diseases are related to the regulation of miRNA,which indicting that miRNA may have a great potential to become biomarkers and drug targets for the treatment and diagnosis of the disease.This paper outlined the progress of miRNA in muscle atrophy,hoping to provide a theoretical basis for the prevention and treatment of muscle diseases.
