摘要
目的建立胆石利通片（硝石、白矾、郁金、三棱等）和胶囊中铝元素的专属测定方法。方法胆石利通片和胶囊加硝酸后微波消解,电感耦合等离子原子发射光谱法测定其消解液中铝元素含有量。结果铝元素在0-20μg/m L范围内线性关系均良好（r为0.999 6）,方法重复性相对标准偏差为1.8%-2.2%,空白和样品的加样回收率分别为97.6%和99.6%-101.6%。供试品溶液在3 d内稳定。结论本法比干法灰化后再加酸滴定法专属性强、简便、灵敏、准确度高。
AIM To develop a method for specifying the aluminum content in Danshi Litong Tablets and Capsules（ Nitre,Alunite,Curcuma,Scripus,etc.）. METHODS Samples were added with nitric acid before microwave digestion. Aluminum in Danshi Litong Tablets and Capsules were detected by ICP-OES. RESULTS The linearity of aluminum in 0- 20 μg / m L was 0. 999 6. The RSDs of reproducibility for the tablets and capsules were1. 8 and 2. 2 %,respectively. The average recoveries in the blank,tablet sample and capsule sample were97. 6 %,99. 6 % and 101. 6 %,respectively. The sample solution stayed stable in three days. CONCLUSION This method is simple,accurate and highly sensitive,which is superior to acid-adding titration after dry ashing pretreatment.
