摘要
目的研究毛白前Cynanchum mooreanum Hemsl.根茎的化学成分。方法采用硅胶、ODS、Sephadex LH-20以及RP-HPLC等柱色谱方法对毛白前根茎乙醇提取物进行分离纯化,并利用MS、NMR等波谱方法鉴定所得化合物的结构。结果从中分离得到10个化合物,分别鉴定为cynapanoside A(1)、cynatratoside C(2)、hirundoside A(3)、松脂素(4)、(3S,6S)-6,7-二羟基-6,7-二氢芳樟醇(5)、(3S,6R)-6,7-二羟基-6,7-二氢芳樟醇(6)、α-L-夹竹桃吡喃糖基-(1→4)-α-L-夹竹桃糖(7)、(9S,10E,12S,13S)-9,12,13-三羟基-10-烯-十八碳烯酸甲酯(8)、β-谷甾醇(9)、对羟基苯乙酮(10)。结论所有化合物均为首次从该植物中分离得到。
AIM To study the chemical constituents from the rhizomes of Cynanchum mooreanum Hemsl.METHODS Silica gel,ODS,Sephadex LH-20 and RP-HPLC columns were used in the separation and purification of the rhizomes of C. mooreanum ethanol extract,and the structures of isolated compounds were then identified by MS and NMR. RESULTS Ten compounds were isolated and identified as cynapanoside A( 1),cynatratoside C( 2),hirundoside A( 3),pinoresinol( 4),( 3S,6S)-6,7-dihydroxy-6,7-dihydrolinalool( 5),( 3S,6R)-6,7-dihydroxy-6,7-dihydrolinalool( 6),α-L-oleandropyranosyl-( 1 → 4)-α-L-oleandropyranose( 7),methyl( 9S,10 E,12S,13S)-9,12,13-trihydroxy-10-octadecenoate( 8),β-sitosterol( 9),p-hydroxyacetophenone( 10). CONCLUSION All compounds are isolated from this plant for the first time.
