宁夏枸杞有效成分与气候因子相关性的分析 被引量:10

摘要 目的探讨宁夏枸杞品质与气候因子的关系,筛选该植物的最佳主产区。方法测定宁夏、甘肃、新疆、河北产宁夏枸杞中三个有效成分多糖、甜菜碱、总糖的含有量,偏最小二乘(PLS)法分析其与10个气候因子之间的相关性,然后进行主成分分析(PCA)。结果多糖含有量与七月平均温、七月最高温、年相对湿度、年均温呈较强负相关,而与高程、年均日照时数呈较强正相关;甜菜碱、总糖含有量均与七月最高温有较强正相关,而与一月平均温、一月最低温、年降水量有较强负相关。甘肃景泰、靖远和宁夏同心、中卫、中宁、银川的气候条件更适合宁夏枸杞生长,并且两地的气候因子比较接近,与河北、新疆有一定差异。结论宁夏、甘肃产区最适合宁夏枸杞的生长。 AIM To explore the relationships between the quality of Lycium barbarum L. and climatic factors and to screen the best growing areas of this plant. METHODS The contents of three effective constituents( polysaccharide,betaine and total saccharides) of L. barbarum in Ningxia,Gansu,Xinjiang and Hebei were determined. The relationships between ten climatic factors and them were analyzed by partial least squares( PLS). Then principal components analysis( PCA) was applied. RESULTS The content of polysaccharide had strong negative correlations with average temperature in July,the highest temperature in July,annual relative humidity and annual average temperature,but had strong positive correlations with elevation and annual sunshine duration. The contents of betaine and total saccharides had a strong positive correlation with the highest temperature in July,but had strong negative correlations with average temperature in January,the lowest temperature in January and annual precipitation. The climatic conditions of Jingtai,Jingyuan( Gansu),Tongxin,Zhongwei,Zhongning and Yinchuan( Ningxia) were more suitable for the growth of L. barbarum,and the climatic factors of these two areas were close to each other,having certain differences from Xinjiang and Hebei. CONCLUSION Ningxia and Gansu growing areas are the most suitable for the growth of L. barbarum.
