摘要 目的建立HPLC法同时测定侧柏叶、侧柏炭中杨梅苷、槲皮苷、杨梅素、槲皮素、山柰酚、穗花杉双黄酮、扁柏双黄酮的含有量。方法侧柏叶、侧柏炭提取液的分析采用Welch Ultimate LP-C_(18)色谱柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm);流动相为甲醇-0.2%磷酸水溶液,梯度洗脱;检测波长330 nm;体积流量1 m L/min。结果杨梅苷、槲皮苷、杨梅素、槲皮素、山柰酚、穗花杉双黄酮、扁柏双黄酮的标准曲线均呈良好的线性关系(r〉0.999 5),平均回收率为97.6%-101.1%,RSD〈1.14%(n=6)。结论该方法简便易行,可用于侧柏叶、侧柏炭的含有量测定。 AIM To establish an HPLC method for simultaneously determining the contents of myricetrin, quercitrin, myricetin, quercetin, kaempferol,amentoflavone and hinokiflavone in Cacumen Platycladi and Cacumen Platycladi Carbonisatum. METHODS The analyses of C. Platycladi and C. Platycladi Carbonisatum extracts were performed on Welch Ultimate LP-C_(18) column( 4. 6 mm × 250 mm,5 μm),mobile phase was methanol-0. 2% phosphoric acid aqueous solution in a gradient elution mode,detection wavelength was set at 330 nm,and flow rate was 1 m L / min. RESULTS The standard curves of myricetrin,quercitrin,myricetin,quercetin,kaempferol,amentoflavone and hinokiflavone had good linear relationships( r 〉0. 999 5),whose average recoveries were 97. 6%- 101. 1% with RSD〈 1. 14%( n = 6). CONCLUSION This method is simple and feasible,which can be used for the content determination of Cacumen Platycladi and Cacumen Platycladi Carbonisatum.
