摘要
回顾了我国首创的卧式行星球磨机的基础研究与工业化试用进程,总结了近30年来各个时期的主要研究成果和存在问题;提出了1台由3个磨筒组成的卧式行星磨与1台传统球磨机的规格、钢球匹配方案、粉磨产量之间的理论换算关系,为卧式行星球磨机的工业选型提供了科学依据;最后展望了行星球磨机在粉磨工业的应用前景。
The paper reviewed the basic study and industrial trial process of initially home-made horizontal planetary ball mill, and concluded main study achievements and existing problems at each stage over thirty years. It also proposed a horizontal planetary ball mill composed of three shells and a traditional ball mill about their size, ball proportion and theoretical calculation relationship between their yield, which offered scientific reference for industrial sizing of the horizontal planetary ball mill. Finally, the paper offered the application prospect of the planetary ball mill in pulverization industry.
