摘要
风送式远程喷雾降尘是近年来露天矿山使用的一种新型降尘技术,为揭示其空间流场分布,提高使用效率和降尘效果,笔者针对风送式远程喷雾机工作空间流场进行了实验室测试。试验结果表明:风送式远程喷雾机空间流场扩散基本符合无限空间中圆断面紊流射流结构特征;出风口轴线风流速度呈幂函数衰减,横向方向以出风口中心线为对称轴呈"∩"形变化,随着距出风口距离的增加,横向两侧风速衰减速度逐渐减小;射流边界随出风口距离增大,呈线性扩展。
The air-assisted long range sprayer is a new dust-settling technology in open-pit mines in recent years. In order to explore the distribution of its space flow field and enhance service efficiency, the test for the space flow field of the air-assisted long range sprayer was carried out in lab. The results showed: the distribution laws of the space flow field of the air-assisted long range sprayer basically corresponded with the structural characteristics of a circular section turbulent jet; the airflow velocity of the outlet axis appeared power function decay, and showed ?é shaped variation in transverse direction with the center line of the outlet being the symmetry axis; with the increase in the distance from the outlet, two sides of transverse airflow decreased in decay velocity, and the jet boundary showed linear expansion.
