急诊床旁超声的应用评述

床旁超声因其无创、可视、准确、可靠等特点已经成为急诊重症患者快速评估和处理的有效手段。本文对床旁超声在急诊临床工作中的运用进行了评述,旨在提高临床急救工作者的认识,为临床急救工作提供更多的有效信息,为获得确定性治疗赢得宝贵时间,进而提高急诊患者的抢救成功率。

Bedside ultrasound, which is characterized by noninvasion, visualization, accuracy and reliability, has become an effective method for rapid assessment and treatment of emergency patients with severe cases. This paper brief- ly summarized the application of bedside ultrasound in the emergency department. It will help emergency doctor to get more effective information for clinical work and gain the definitive treatment more quickly, and then improve the rescuing success rate.
