急诊科医护人员手卫生的精细化管理效果评价

Analysis of the effects of detailed management on hand hygiene of emergency medical staffs

目的以品管圈的方式找出影响急诊科医护人员手卫生依从性的因素，再通过精细化管理，提高医护人员手卫生依从性与正确率。方法回顾收集精细化管理前（2014年1～6月）我院急诊科医护人员手卫生依从性、正确率的数据，并于2014年7月初加强重点环节监控，建立长效改善机制，同时收集2014年7～12月急诊科医护人员手卫生依从性的数据，比较分析精细化管理前后的相关数据。结果实施精细化管理前急诊科手卫生依从率为51．5％，精细化管理后手卫生依从率为74．9％，前后差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。不同岗位医务人员的依从性也一致，从高到低依次为护士（79％）、医师（73％）和护工（50％），差异均有统计学意义（均P〈0．05）。结论借助品管圈实施精细化管理有助于提高急诊科医护人员的手卫生依从性。

Objective To figure out the factors that affect hand hygiene compliance of emergency medical staffs and improve the hand hygiene compliance with detailed management. Methods We retrospectively collected and analyzed the data of hand hygiene compliance of emergency medical staffs before detailed management （from Jan - June 2014）. After that, we try to strengthen the monitoring of keypoints, establish a long-term mechanism from July to December, 2014 and collected and analyzed the data of hand hygiene compliance. Results The compliance of workers in the emergency medicine department before detailed management （51.5 %） was much less than that after detailed management （74.9%） （P〈0.05）. The hand hygiene compliance was different in different kinds of workers. The hand hygiene compliance of nurses and doctor were 79% and 73%. Conclusion Quality control circle and detailed management might be useful in im- proving the emergency medical personnel hand hygiene compliance.
