同型半胱氨酸代谢酶基因多态性与冠心病 被引量:4

摘要 冠心病已成为全球死亡率最高的疾病之一,严重威胁着人类的健康。由于冠心病的高发病率及高死亡率,对其病因研究显得十分重要。除了传统的危险因素之外,高同型半胱氨酸血症被认为是冠心病新的独立危险因素,而其代谢关键酶如MTHFR、MS等的基因多态性是否和冠心病相关还没有一个统一的结论。本文就同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)及其代谢关键酶基因多态性与冠心病的相关性研究进展做一综述。 Coronary artery disease has become one of the highest mortality disease and seriously threat to human health. Due to the high incidence of coronary heart disease and high mortality, it is very important to study the cause. In addition to traditional risk factors, hyperhomocysteinaemia (HCA) is regarded as a new independent risk factor of coro- nary artery disease. But Hcy metabolic enzymes gene polymorphism association with coronary artery disease (CAD) is not clear. The purpose of this article is to summarize the influence of homocysteine and MTHFR, MS gene polymorphism in the coronary artery disease.
