医护一体化优质护理模式在民营医院中的实践

Practice of Integrated Medical Care of High Quality in Private Hospitals

目的应用医护一体化优质护理模式,提升民营医院整体服务效能。方法采用设置医疗护理岗位层级,成立医护一体化小组,制定岗位职责,健全绩效管理方案等,构建优质护理管理长效机制。结果医护一体化模式实施后,患者、医生对护理工作的满意度明显提升,临床护理质量与安全较实施前有显著改善,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论医护一体化优质护理模式是一种优化组合的护理模式,更加强调医护配合程度和工作的无缝衔接,提高利益相关方对护理工作的满意度,提高临床护理质量与安全,对护理专业的健康发展将起到一定的促进作用。

Objective ： To apply the integrated medical care of high quality and improve the overall service efficien- cy of private hospitals. Method： The long-term mechanism of high quality nursing management is established by setting the graded medical care posts, forming the integrated medical care groups, setting position responsibility and perfecting per- formance management scheme. Result：After the implementation of the integrated medical care model,patients＇ satisfacto- ry degree with doctors and nurses＇ performance improves obviously, so does the clinical nursing quality. The difference bears statistical significance（ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion：The integrated medical care model is the kind of optimized integration of nursing, which focuses on doctor-nurse cooperation and seamless work between them. And in turn, it improves the inter- ested party＇ s satisfactory degree with nursing, nursing quality and safety, which will play a role in promoting the healthy development of nursing profession.
