摘要
随着我国人口老龄化的加速发展,疾病谱改变,慢性疾病患病率升高,这势必加重了"421"结构的城市家庭的养老压力。单纯的机构养老、居家养老并不能解决当今的社会现实问题。笔者主要从我国老龄化背景下的疾病危机、中医的"治未病"健康观,以及卫生信息化对医疗模式的改变,阐述构建智慧医养模式的迫切性、重要意义以及构建内容,从而为我国的卫生事业发展提供参考意见。
With the acceleration of population aging, changes of disease spectrum and increased prevalence of chronic diseases aggravate the pressure of supporting the aged in the families of ＂421＂ structure. Institutions for old-age care and home based care for the aged can not simply solve the current social problem. From disease crisis in the back- ground of aging population, the health concept ＂preventive disease treatment＂ of traditional Chinese medicine and the chan- ges in medical model brought by health informatization, the authors explain the urgency, significance and contents of smart care for the aged, which can act as the reference for the development of our health undertaking.
