多学科会诊能规范肿瘤诊治,提高患者生活质量,延长患者生命。通过组建会诊团队,明确会诊病例,加强多学科会诊环节管理,使肿瘤诊治更为规范,可使医院投诉发生率明显减少,提高医疗质量和诊治水平,提高患者满意度,培养年轻医师,提升医院整体影响力。
Multidisciplinary consultation can standardize diagnosis and treatment of tumor,improve patients＇ liv- ing quality and lengthen patients＇ life. Team construction for consultation, specified consultation cases, strengthened man- agement in multidisciplinary consultation link and the more standardized tumor diagnosis and treatment can significantly de- crease the complaints of hospitals, perfect medical quality, medical diagnosis and treatment, improve patients＇ satisfactory degree ,train young doctors and promote the comprehensive influence of the hospitals.
