摘要
目的对新疆某大型综合性医院的住院患者医疗安全管理现状进行调查分析。方法对该院2013年发生的688起住院医疗安全事件进行回顾性分析。结果医疗安全事件发生率在时间上最高的是第三季度;在科室分布上最高的是内科系统;在事件级别上所占比例最高的是Ⅲ级事件,其中内科系统中Ⅲ级事件所占比例最高,外科科系统中Ⅱ级事件最高;具体原因构成比最高的是医患沟通因素,其次是医护人员因素和患者自身因素。结论应根据医疗安全事件发生的高发时间、科室、主要原因制定针对性的措施,进而降低医疗安全事件的发生率,提高医疗质量。
Objective:To investigate and analyze the current management situation of inpatients' medical safety in a large comprehensive hospital in Xinjiang. Method-The authors made a retrospective analysis on 688 inpatients' medical safety events happened in 2013. Result:The highest incidence of medical safety events of Grade Ⅲ happen in the third sea- son in internal medicine system. And the highest events of Grade Ⅲ happen in internal medicine system while the highest events of Grade Ⅱ are in surgical system. Specific factors accounting for the highest rate are the ones of doctor-patient communication, followed by those of medical workers and patients themselves. Conclusion: The targeted measures should be made to decrease the incidence rate of medical safety events and improve medical quality basing on the peak time, de- partment and main reason.
