倒扣瓶法测定微生物清防蜡剂防蜡率试验研究 被引量:2

摘要 微生物清防蜡剂以防蜡为主,但其防蜡率的具体测定方法却一直没有被明确提出,更无相关统一的评价方法标准,这使得微生物防蜡率成为了一个无法定量的问题,这一现状也严重影响了微生物清防蜡剂的规模化应用。在查阅相关文献资料、参考国内相关试验方法 (如静态法(即挂片法)、倒杯法)等基础上,提出了测定微生物清防蜡剂防蜡率的一种新方法——倒扣瓶法,并进行了验证试验。验证试验结果表明,倒扣瓶法操作简单,能反映出微生物清防蜡剂的防蜡效率,是一种评价微生物清防蜡剂防蜡率的有效方法,为微生物清防蜡剂的研究、评价和现场实际应用提供可靠的依据。 As the microbial paraffin remover is mainly for anti-wax,the measurement of anti-wax rate has not been clarified yet,no related measurement standard has been established.It becomes the problem which can not be quantified,which seriously affects the large-scale application of microbial paraffin remover.On the basis of referring to the relevant literatures and referencing to the relevant test methods(such as the static method i.e.,the coupon weight method and the inverted cup method),a new method——inverted conical flask method is proposed to determine the paraffin wax removal rate of microbial paraffin remover and the verification tests are carried out.The test results show that the method is simple for operation,and it can reflect the wax removal efficiency.It is an effective method to evaluate the paraffin wax inhibitor,which provides a reliable basis for the research,evaluation and field application of microbial paraffin remover.
