控水增油支撑剂在致密低渗油田的应用 被引量:2

摘要 针对长8油藏部分水平井压后生产含水率高的特点,开展了控水增油支撑剂的适应性研究与现场试验。通过破碎率、体积密度、圆度、球度等基本性能测试的比较发现,控水增油支撑剂FSS-3具有更小的破损率,可保持长期高导流能力,且支撑剂体积密度较小,对压裂液性能要求较低。为检测控水增油支撑剂FSS-3的控水增油性能以及导流能力,以常规石英砂为对比材料,分别开展了在水相、油相不同条件下的短期导流能力以及抗压3d的长期导流能力测试。测试结果表明,FSS-3控水增油支撑剂能长期保持高导流能力。红河油田长8油藏HH36P44井的现场试验表明,该井压裂后含水率相对较稳定,压后最高日产油18.1t,目前日产液16.8t,日产油10.3t,含水率38.7%,累计产油3946.3t,具有一定的推广意义。 In consideration of the characteristics of high water-cut in part of the horizontal wells of Chang 8Reservoir after fracturing,the adaptability of water control and oil increment proppant is studied and field test is carried out.By testing breakage,bulk density,roundness and sphericity,the water control and oil increment proppant has smaller breakage,can keep the long-term high flow conductivity with small bulk density,low requirements of fracturing fluid is needed.The field test in Well HH36P44 shows that in the well the water cut is relatively stable,the highest daily oil is 18.1t/d after fracturing.At present,daily fluid production is 16.8t,daily oil production 10.3t/d,water content is 38.7%,accumulated oil production is 3946.3t,it can be popularized in oilfields.
