浅析高校盗窃发案现状及防范对策——以宁波工程学院为例

Current Situation and Countermeasures of Theft Cases in Universities——A Case Study of Ningbo University of Technology

近年来,随着社会治安形势的日益严峻,高校已成为盗窃违法犯罪的多发场所,严重影响了学校正常的教学和生活秩序。以宁波工程学院为例,盗窃案件具有案发场所集中、作案人员复杂、作案手段多样等特点。高校周边环境复杂、作案人员低龄化并难以分辨、治安打防力度不高是高校盗窃案件多发的重要原因。对此,建议通过加大安全防范宣传教育、强化安全防范举措、加大打击力度、阻断校外销赃途径等方式予以立体化整治。

In recent years, with the increasing severity of social security, the university has seen the rising occurrence of theft cases, which seriously affects the normal teaching and living order. Taking NBUT as a case in point, the theft cases exhibit such characteristics as concentration in the scene, complexity in the criminal composition and diverse in the crime method. Delving into the cause, complex surroundings, hard-to-distinguish criminals who tend to turn younger and insufficient preventive measures shall be taken into account. Therefore, the paper puts forward ways and means to address the issue that include emphasis on education and prevention, efforts to crack down on the crimes and elimination of the disposal of stolen goods.
