外语专业大学生就业焦虑研究——以宁波工程学院为例

Employment Anxiety among Foreign Language Majors——A Case Study of Ningbo University of Technology

采用因子分析方法研究了外语专业大学生就业焦虑状况。结果表明,外语专业大学生就业焦虑主要由"缺乏自信"、"内心不安"和"内心平静"三个因子构成。日语专业学生在"内心不安"因子上的焦虑程度高于德语专业;"缺乏自信"是就业心态的有效预测因子,学生越缺乏自信,对就业越抱有悲观态度。

The present paper employs the factor analysis to study the employment anxiety among foreign language majors. The findings indicate that their anxiety is due to lack of confidence, perturbation and peace of mind. In terms of perturbation, Japanese majors exceed German majors and it is found that lack of confidence is an effective factor to predict students＇ employment mentality. The more unconfident the students become, the more pessimistic they will be about the employment.
