摘要
为了比较不同厂家的注射用矿物白油佐剂的免疫效果,试验采用2个国外白油样品、3个国内白油样品,按照《中华人民共和国兽药典》进行注射用白油质量检验、制备5批新城疫油乳剂灭活疫苗,分别以0.2m L/只剂量,颈部皮下注射接种7日龄白羽肉鸡,接种后14d、21d、28d、35d、42d分别进行疫苗的药物残留吸收检查和血清抗体效价检测。结果表明:5种注射用矿物白油佐剂新城疫灭活疫苗均导致注射部位出现不同程度局部病变和吸收慢的现象,药物吸收和抗体消长综合结果如下:国内某厂家的白油ZG2和重金属含量超标的国外进口白油JK1综合免疫效果较好;稠环芳烃含量、重金属含量合格的的国内白油ZG1和稠环芳烃含量显著超标、重金属含量超标的国内白油ZG3综合免疫效果较低;重金属含量超标、稠环芳烃含量超标的进口白油JK2综合免疫效果更低。
In order to study the immune effect of the injectable mineral white oil from different product providers, two foreign white oil samples and three domestic white oil samples were used to produce five batches of Newcastle disease inactivated vaccines to test the quality of injectable white oil according to "The People's Republic of China Veterinary Pharmacopoeia". 7-day-old White Feather Chicken were inoculated with Newcastle disease inactivated vaccines with a dose of 0.2mL at neck subcutaneous tissue. Vaccine residues absorption and serum antibody titers were detected respectively, on 14d, 21d, 28d, 35d, 42d after inoculation. The results showed that: the all 5 kinds of injectable vaccine led to the local lesions at injection site and slow absorption phenomena. Comprehensive results of drug absorption and antibody increase and decrease are as follows. The white oil ZG2 from some domestic provider and the foreign white oil JK1 with heavy metal exceeding the standard have better immune effect; domestic white oil ZG1 and the foreign white oil ZG3 with exceeding-standard heavy metal and polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbon have worse immune effect; the foreign white oil JK2 with highly exceeding-standard heavy metal and polycyelic aromatic hydrocarbon has the worst immune effect.
