传媒上市公司资本结构分析与优化

Analysis and Optimization on the Capital Structure of Media Listed Companies

众所周知,中国的传媒业已经进入了快速发展时期,特别是近几年,传媒业发展的速度是令人惊叹的。但是由于前期发展存在着无数的缺陷,更有传统的一些观念的影响,所以现在的传媒上市公司仍有自己的不足。本文是通过从传媒上市公司的现状入手对资本结构进行分析,进而找出最主要的影响资本结构的因素,并对传媒上市公司资本结构的优化提出了合理化建议。对今后我国传媒上市公司的发展前景做出了展望。

As we all know, China＇s media industry has truly entered a rapid development period, especially in recent years, the development speed of media industery is amazing. But because there were numerous flaws in early development, and some traditional ideas influenced, now the media listed companies still have their own shortcomings. In the paper, started from the status quo of media listed companies to analysis of the capital structure, and then identified the most important factors that impacted the capital structure, and provided some rationalization proposals on the capital structure optimization of media listed companies. Finally, made the prospect for the future development of China＇s media listed companies.
