The effectiveness of College Ideological and Political Theory course should take assessment methods and teaching methods reform as conditions. In the paper, analyzed the problems existed in the teaching of Ideological and Political Theory Course, provided the reform of teaching philosophy, introdused the specific practices of assessment methods and teaching methods reform in teaching,outstanded the idea of student-oriented and effectiveness for the first, and proposed the efforts direction of reform in the future.
