摘要
卡里尔·菲利普斯作为一位著名的英国非裔移民作家,非常关注非洲流散族群的生存状况及面临的诸多文化困境,其作品多以种族、移民文化归属、身份和家园等为视角展开叙事。文章综述了近年来国内外学者对菲利普斯作品研究的状况,认为与国外学者的研究广度和深度相比,国内学者的研究尚处于起始阶段,未来对菲利普斯的研究还有较大空间。
As a famous Afro-British immigrant writer, Caryl Phillips is very concerned about Airman diaspora community and their living conditions. The narration perspectives of Caryl Phillips＇s works include race, cultural belonging of immigrant, identity and home and so on. In this paper, the status quo of the researches on Caryl Phillipgs works at home and abroad in recent years is reviewed. Com- pared with foreign scholars＇ research breadth and depth, Chinese scholars＇s research is still in its initial stage and more work on this research is required.
