摘要
分别通过GMA(甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯)改性端羧基聚酯获得软化点是90~95℃的低熔融黏度不饱和聚酯丙烯酸酯树酯,(甲基)丙烯酸改性环氧树脂获得软化点是80~90℃的低熔融黏度不饱和环氧丙烯酸树脂,与熔程为104~108℃的半结晶型不饱和固相聚氨酯预聚物组成光固化粉末涂料主体树脂,制备出室温贮存稳定的在120~140℃熔融时具有高流平性的光固化粉末涂料。
The carboxyl terminated polyester is modified by glycidyl methacrylate to obtain a low melt viscosity unsaturated polyester acrylate resin with softening point at 90~95 ℃ and the low melt viscosity unsaturated epoxy acrylic resin with softening point at 80~90 ℃ is achieved by adopting (meth) acrylic acid modifying epoxy resin. Including the above two kinds of modified resins, semi-crystalline unsaturated solid polyurethane pre-polymer with melting range 104~ 108 ℃ is used as the main resin for UV curing powder coatings. The prepared coatings have good storage stability under room temperature.
