以水性无机富锌涂料专用树脂为主要成膜物质,采用防锈颜料锌粉、磷铁粉、硅灰石粉研制出一种高性能的水性无机锌车间底漆(IZ651-II)。该车间底漆零VOC,采用纯水作为稀释剂,对操作工人的健康极为有利,具有广阔的应用前景及经济效益与社会效益。

A kind of high performance waterborne inorganic zinc primer for workshops （IZ651-II） were prepared by the antirust pigments of zinc, phosphorus powder, wollastonite powder, and the waterborne zinc rich coatings resin as the film-forming material. The primer is zero VOC pure water as thinner. It is healthy lbr the operation of application. It has wide application prospects with economic and social benefits.
