摘要
使用豆油酸、间苯二甲酸、苯甲酸、新戊二醇、季戊四醇、偏苯三酸酐通过酯化法熔融聚合制得水性醇酸树脂。分析了油度、醇超量、K值、酸值等对醇酸树脂各项性能的影响。试验证实,使用制备的醇酸树脂制作水性醇酸钢构涂料性能较好。
With bean oleic acid, isophthalic acid, benzoic acid, neopentyl glycol, pentacrythritol and trinlellitic anhydride, the waterborne alkyd resin was synthesized by esterification. The effects of the excess of alcohol, the K value, the acid value and the oil length on the properties of waterborne air-drying alkyd resin were analyzed. Tests indicated that with the waterborne alkyd resin waterborne air-drying alkyd paint for steel structure had good performances.
