摘要 合成杀藻剂由于选择性差、在环境中残留期长、容易造成二次污染等原因,在控制有害蓝藻水华上受到限制。微生物源天然产物因其环境友好、选择性强,成为合成杀藻剂的潜在替代者。几十年来,从微生物代谢产物中发现了包括蛋白质、多肽、氨基酸和抗生素等各类溶藻化合物。本文对这些溶藻化合物及其产生菌、溶藻活性、溶藻范围和部分作用机理进行综述,并介绍了它们在蓝藻水华防治中的应用潜力。 The use of synthetic algicides to control harmful cyanobacterial blooms has been limited, largely due to their persistence in the environment, secondary pollution and less selectivity towards toxic cyanobacteria. Natural compounds from microorganisms are the potential substitutes to synthetic algicides because of the environment friendly and selectivity to toxic cyanobacteria. Many kinds of algicidal compounds, such as proteins, polypeptides, amino acids and antibiotics etc., were found from the metabolites of microorganisms in recent decades. This paper reviews these algicidal compounds, the microorganisms of producing these active compounds, the algicidal activity and ranges, and some of their action mechanisms, also introduces their potential applications in controlling cyanobacteria water bloom.
