摘要 设计开发了一种新型永磁转子偏转式三自由度电机的驱动系统。在对电机工作原理及转子磁场特性分析的基础上,推导出电机定子线圈的通电策略,设计了分别基于单片机、L298N和霍尔传感器的控制电路、功率放大电路和位置检测电路组成的驱动系统。通过仿真计算和实验验证,完成了驱动器的设计,实现了电机的三自由度运动。 A driver system for novel PM deflection type three-degrees-of-freedom motor is designed and developed.On the basis of brief analysis of the operating principle and rotor field characteristics of the PM deflection type three-degrees-of-freedom motor,the electrifying strategy of the stator coils was deduced and the driver system is devised,which includes the MCU based control circuit,L298 Nbased power amplifier circuit and Hall sensor based position detection circuit.Through simulating calculation and experimental validation,the driver system design is completed and the three-degrees-of-freedom motion of the motor is achieved.
