摘要
提升教学学术水平是当前新建本科院校深化教学改革,提高教学质量的关键性问题。新建本科院校教学学术发展目前受到教学学术观念错误认知、评价体系趋同遮蔽、激励机制不完善以及教学学术氛围不浓厚等问题困扰。要提升教学学术,新建本科院校需树立正确的教学学术观、重构教学学术评价体系、形成教学学术导向的激励机制以及营造良好的教学学术氛围。
The key for the newly-established undergraduate colleges and universities to deepen education reform and improve teaching quality lies in how to raise the teaching and academic level. However, the educational and academic de- velopment of such colleges and universities are now troubled by problems such as wrong cognition in teaching and academic conception, convergence in evaluation system, insufficient incentive mechanism and lack of teaching and academic at- mosphere. To improve the quality of educational and academic development, the newly-established undergraduate colleges and universities should set up a sound view of teaching and academy, rebuild the evaluation system, establish an incen- tive mechanism oriented by teaching and academy and create a good atmosphere for teaching and academic practices.
