文化繁荣、社会进步,大学是主体与客体;推进文化发展、建设和美中国,大学是"主场"、大学教师是重要推手。文化昌盛之势下,大学必须有"文化",应批评、引领文化思潮和助推文化繁荣、社会文明。文化繁盛、社会全面进步与大学教师的文化素养及其教育力、文化力、创造力关系密切,文化发展当关注、发力让教师"德艺双馨"。依法治校、推进大学善治是大学发展、辉煌的基础与保证;让社会美丽、让生活美好是大学教育、大学发展的指向、落点与功效。

During cultural prosperity and social progress,a university serves as the subject and at the same time the object. Teachers in universities play a significant promotion role in promoting the cultural development and building a harmonious and beautiful China. During cultural prosperity,universities must be culture-oriented. They shoulder the responsibilities to criticize,lead the cultural trend and then boost cultural prosperity and social civilization. Culture prosperity,overall social progress and university teachers＇ cultural literacy are closely related to education,cultural development,and creativity. Therefore cultural development should be focused on teachers＇ both professional and ethnical development. Running universities by law and promoting the good governance of universities serve as the basis and guarantee for the splendid development of universities. The goal and function of university development is to beautify the society and people＇s life.
