中学生伤害教师的事情时有发生,值得人们深思。教师特别是班主任要重新审视信息时代的学生,在了解师生心理特征的基础上探寻教育学生的良好途径。文章通过一位中学班主任的切身经历,从以"幸运儿"的积极心态迎接新生、以积极的态度构建"幸运关系网"、以学生为主体建立行动体系、以欣赏的心态"静待花开"四个方面分析中学班主任在面对重重压力、意外挑战时,如何才能具备适应时代发展的教育观、学生观和质量观,建立新型师生关系下的和谐班级,科学育人,以积极的心态做一个优秀且幸福的班主任。

The incidents of middle school students hurting their teachers appear from time to time,which is worth thinking deeply.Teachers,especially the teachers in charge of the class,need to re-examine the students in this new information age. At the same time head teachers should explore an appropriate way to train students by knowing their psychological characteristics. In this paper,a teacher,who is in charge of a class,shares his idea about how to become an excellent and happy head teacher under the new relationship between teachers and students during educating students in a scientific way while facing the pressure and unexpected challenges. The teacher then illustrates his idea of teaching from the following four aspects： welcome the new students with positive attitudes; build a＂lucky network＂ with optimistic attitudes; take students as the main body to build an action system; wait for the development of students with patience in an appreciative way.
