“技能菜单”教学模式浅析

“Skill Menu" Teaching Mode for Higher Vocational Education

"技能菜单"教学模式是高职院校紧贴社会需求、企业需要,确定并列出学生应获得的专业技能,通过加强教学改革和实践训练,使学生熟练掌握相应技能,且同步提高学生文化素养的人才培养模式。无论何种职教模式,一般都不会脱离"校企合作、工学结合"范畴。虽然职教理念基本成熟,但是如何将理念转化为切实行动,值得探讨。文章以盐城工业职业技术学院"技能菜单"教学模式为研究对象,剖析其"新意"在于:教学目标明确、教学手段有效、教学评价客观;阐发其"实效"在于:把校企合作、教学改革、社会监督提升到新高度;作出的思考是:该教学模式能够提振学生信心、校企合作需要法律作基石、教学改革要用行动换成果。通过对"技能菜单"教学模式品性的解析,力求为职业教育人才培养工作提供实践样本。

The＂skill menu ＂ teaching mode is adopted by vocational colleges in which professional skills required in students are identified and listed based on the requirements of the society and enterprises. Through strengthening teaching reforms and practice-oriented training,students are able to grasp relevant skills and improve their cultural accomplishments simultaneously. Any vocational education mode is in the scope of＂cooperation between the schools and enterprises as well as the combination of working and learning＂. Despite the fact that teaching mode of vocational education is basically mature,discussions on how to convert the concepts into action are highly required. This article focuses on the ＂skill menu ＂ teaching mode of Yancheng Institute of Industry Technology. After analysis,the article finds that the innovations of the teaching mode lie in its specific teaching aims,effective teaching methods,and objective teaching evaluation. The outcome of this teaching mode is that it successfully promotes the cooperation between schools and enterprises,teaching reforms and social supervision to a new level. After reflection,the following conclusions are reached： teaching mode should boost students＇ confidence; law is required as the cornerstone in cooperation between schools and enterprises; outcomes can not be achieved without action in teaching reforms. This article aims to provide example for the talent training in vocational education over the analysis of the properties of the ＂skill menu＂ teaching mode.
